A lovely, small bulb pot and its associated saucer by the British potter, Kenneth Quick. Both pieces bear the stamp of the Tregenna Hill Pottery, St Ives, Cornwall, which Quick set up following his departure from Bernard Leach’s St Ives Pottery. Quick’s early death in a swimming accident in Japan robbed British Studio pottery of one of its most promising and successful artists.
