Brass, chased and engraved
Middle East, probably Egypt or Iran
12.5 cm high x 24.5 cm max diameter, 685 gms wt

This is a lovely wide brass bowl. Historically of interest in its representation of Egyptian scenes. There was a vogue for this after the discovery of The tomb of Tutankhamen which would date this bowl to the 1930s/40s.
Excellent condition.
